How to register

For registration, you have to create the user’s name and password to log in to the conference‘s website.

Registration online requires the use of a credit/debit card for payment.

For local participants, payment can be made directly into the conference bank account and send a scanned copy as proof of payment to the conference secretariat.

Bank transfers will be an additional option for payment

All payments from international and out of the country delegates will be in USD

After registration, you will receive a confirmation. If you don’t receive your confirmation email, check your junk mail folder.

You can request or download letters of invitation and receipt of payment from email.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing letter or email

-        If you cannot attend, you can create one-time substitution for another person at no additional charge.

-        Cancellation of pre-paid registration received electronically on or before May 14th 2022 will be refunded (minus administration fee).

In case of non-attendance, the registration fee will not be refunded

Refund Policy

Registrations cancelled more than 60 days before the event are eligible for an 80% refund of the registration fees paid. Registrations cancelled less than 60 days, but more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees paid.

 

-        No refunds will be issued after May 14th 2022
