Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

 

Author Guidelines

The official language of the conference is English. The abstract must be written in English. The abstracts will be subjected to a blind peer review. The following structure is suggested for writing the abstracts: Background (contextualizing the study); Aim/Objectives (including the research question); Methodology/ Conceptual framework; Key findings/ Conclusions/implications.

The conference structure includes concurrent individual presentations, posters, and round table sessions and Keynote/ plenary presentations.

Individual papers (Oral)

  • Oral presentations will be allocated 30 minutes (20 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for discussion.)

Poster

  • Poster sessions will be scheduled for 90 minutes (dedicated sessions)
  • Prepare a short 3-minute explanation that covers your topic, main findings, and why they matter.
  • Arrive at least 30 minutes before your session begins to mount your poster
  • Poster presenters must be present to discuss their work with attendees during dedicated sessions.
  • Take down your display promptly when the session ends

Round Table

Panels should address any topic in the common theme, content, or methodological area. The time allocated for round table sessions will be 90 minutes.
