The Department of Civil Engineering of the University of Botswana, the organizer of International Conference with the theme: Civil Engineering for Sustainability and Resilience in the 21 st Century and Beyond (ICCESR-2024), would like to update you on the conference’s new developments as below:
- Change of Conference Mode: Due to unforeseen logistical circumstances relating to the hosting of the ICCESR-2024 conference event physically, the conference event will now be held virtually.The details regarding the virtual participation will be emailed to the participants.
- Conference Date: Following the change of the ICCESR-2024 conference platform from physical to virtual, the new conference date is 25 – 26 June 2024.
- Conference Program: The updated program for the ICCESR-2024 conference is attached herewith. Please confirm that the title of your paper and the names and order of the authorship of your presentation(s) is correctly indicated in the program.
- Full Paper Submission: Participants who have not submitted the full papers are requested to do so as soon as possible to enable the completion of their full paper review and the publication thereof in the ICCESR-2024 Conference Proceedings.
- Registration Fees: In lieu of the change from physical to virtual conference, the conference registration fee has now been reduced to BWP 2,500. The organizing committee will get in touch with participants who had fully registered to facilitate the refunds.
