The 6th International Conference on Academic and Professional Communication invites you to submit abstracts (200– 250 words) addressing theoretical, empirical, or methodological aspects related to the conference themes, as well as contributions from interdisciplinary perspectives.
Submissions may present: new research findings, policy insights, innovative practices, work in progress, case studies and institutional experiences.
We encourage submissions of abstracts for the following:
- Oral Presentations
- Posters
- Work in progress
The work in progress sessions is to give early career researchers, as well as Doctoral and Post-doctoral and experienced researchers undertaking or planning pilot projects or having preliminary results of their studies, an opportunity to share insights.
- Round table
Roundtable should address a topic in the common theme, content, or methodological area. Please provide an abstract of about 250 words that includes a list of all panelists and a coordinator.
Roundtable submissions
Should include an overview of about 300 words highlighting content and objectives and 3-5 key words. Should include an abstract of not more than 250 words for each presentation within the panel. Provide information about the panel members and the coordinator, full institutional addresses, and email addresses.

All accepted abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts prior to the conference. Presenters will also receive a certificate of participation.

Author Guidelines
The official language of the conference is English. The abstract must be written in English. The abstracts will be subjected to a blind peer review. The following structure is suggested for writing the abstracts: Background (contextualizing the study); Aim/Objectives (including the research question); Methodology/ Conceptual framework; Key findings/ Conclusions/implications.
The conference structure includes concurrent individual presentations, posters, and round table sessions and Keynote/ plenary presentations.
Individual papers (Oral)
- Oral presentations will be allocated 30 minutes (20 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for discussion.)
Poster
- Poster sessions will be scheduled for 90 minutes (dedicated sessions)
- Prepare a short 3-minute explanation that covers your topic, main findings, and why they matter.
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before your session begins to mount your poster
- Poster presenters must be present to discuss their work with attendees during dedicated sessions.
- Take down your display promptly when the session ends
Round Table
Panels should address any topic in the common theme, content, or methodological area. The time allocated for round table sessions will be 90 minutes.
